Review Terms for First Quiz

This is a list of terms and concepts from the first two weeks of class. This quiz will be relatively simple (we haven't covered much material so far), but important for the later sections of the course. If you have any questions, post them as comments and I will answer them.

The list of terms refers back to concepts and theories we have talked about. The best way to study is to be able to define each term, but also be able to link each term with others up and down the list.

Loyal Population

Nations in States
Nations spread among many States

If you have any questions, post them here as comments and I will answer. Obviously, posting questions late Wednesday night is less likely to get an answer than earlier.

What do we need to know about the simulations and current events?
Thanks, Amanda Triplett

You need to know what the simulations represented (realism, liberalism; how well it simulates those), and in a general sense how the simulations worked.

For current events, just know the general outlines of what we talked about in the beginning of class each time.

What kind of these with "Iraq/Afghan troop levels and UN Authorization of US 2003 Invasion of Iraq" will we have to focus on for the test?
