"anonymous": who are you? If I told you that rescheduling was fine, then it's still OK. But asking a question without a name doesn't help. I announced in class yesterday that I'll post the book discussion time soon (I don't have time this week), and it will likely be next week.

Ozone treaty? We talked about this (and it was in the readings). A global treaty signed a few years ago to prevent the use of CFCs which damages the ozone layer (which protects us from the sun's radiation).

High, Shared, and Appropriate technologies are right out of Kelleher & Klein.

Carbon sinks are natural places where carbon dioxide can be taken out the atmosphere: rainforests, other places of dense plants.

North versus south refers to the environmental/political debates between the rich and poor states.

I was curious as to what you wanted us to know about the Nuremburg trials? Just the fact that they were held against captured Nazis for committing war crimes or what else should we know.

RE: Nuremberg. Just know they were the background/template for the ICC.
